The Pandemics are an 8 piece veritable ska army of scene veterans & new comers alike from New York City. They have one shared goal: to spread their infectious brand of NY Ska Punk to the masses until dancing in the streets causes a mass hysteria! Symptoms include toe tapping & an pressing need to get down! Having formed at the tail end of 2010, The Pandemics hit the ground running and haven't slowed down since! Having supported some of the best ska bands on the planet, like Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra (Japan), The Skatalites (Jamaica), The English Beat (UK), Melbourne Ska Orchestra (Australia), The Selecter (UK), Oreskaband (Japan), Pilfers, The Slackers, The Skints (UK) and Fishbone, just to name a few!, The Pandemics have also had the opportunity to back prominent artists within the scene as well like Pete Cooper (of The Porkers (Australia)) and Roddy 'Radiation' Byers (of The Specials (UK)). Most recently The Pandemics just wrapped up a short run with the legendary Skatalites on the north eastern US leg of their 2016 world tour, and are riding high following the release of their first 7" single on Lonely Atom Records!
