The Forwards are devoted to the production and performance of ska, rocksteady, reggae, rub a dub, dancehall, and dub music, our members have performed with bands including Unity Reggae Band, Jah Works, The Pietasters, and The Scotch Bonnets. We have had the pleasure of opening for Lee Scratch Perry, backing Sister Nancy, and hosting the Hol a Medi sessions in Baltimore as well as playing all over Maryland and beyond.
